Job description

• Assist project managers with event management
• Search for specific services and providers
• Confirm supplier availability
• Develop the Shades Waves wedding & event planner service offering
• Suggest improvements to internal work processes
• Participate in training new arrivals
• Participate in the development of the Shades Waves wedding & event planner agency

Profile required

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French
• You are comfortable with figures (analysis of quotations, margin calculations, etc.).
• You are rigorous and enjoy working as part of a team
• You like concrete things and want to get involved in an ambitious project
• You are able to change your working methods from one day to the next if necessary
• You are a graduate of a business and/or events and/or communications school.
• You are extremely rigorous and have a strong sense of organization.
• You are dynamic and autonomous, showing initiative
• You enjoy both project management and operational work
• You have good interpersonal skills
• You like teamwork
• You have a good command of office and IT tools
• You have a valid driving licence and a vehicle (essential)

Type of contract : subsidized internship
Duration : 6-month internship (4 months minimum)
Start date : between December and January
Bonus : in accordance with internship agreement
